Okay, here are my opinions for best and worst dressed from the Billboard Music Awards.

 WORST DRESSED:

Miley Cyrus: All I have to say is... WHAT THE HECK IS THAT? I absolutely love her shoes, but did she have a late night with Liam and come straight from his place to the award show in his blazer? I honestly don't get where she was going with this one, but on the bright side - I do love her hair and make-up. She looks gorgeous.

Amber Rose: I can't find anything right about this outfit besides her beautiful engagement ring from Wiz Khalifa. It's too tight, not flattering and she's spilling out the top. I hate it.

Usher: I have to admit, Usher is one of my favorite artists of all time. But, this bright blue suit just isn't doin' it for me. Honestly, it looks like he's going to an Easter brunch.

BEST DRESSED:

Katy Perry: First can I just say that the purple hair is amazing. The dress, the hair, the make-up... I love everything about it. Russell is probably kicking himself after seeing her tonight. Absolutely gorgeous.

Taylor Swift: Not only did she walk away with the 'Woman of the Year' award, but she also walks away with the absolute best dressed of the night award for me at least. I am absolutely in love with this dress. It's different and a little more daring than anything she's ever worn. I love it.

Carrie Underwood: She is the only one I think who could have pulled this off. Carrie is damn near close to perfect and I love everything about her dress. It's fun quircky and just so darn cute. It looks good on her, you can tell she was having fun with it and the color just works.
