A fourth victim has claimed that she was injured in the nightclub brawl between Drakeand Chris Brown. According to TMZ.com, Vladimira Brace has claimed that she has suffered a spinal injury when she was trampled in the melee at W.i.P nightclub in NYC on June 13th. Brace's attorney has sent a letter to Drake's rep, saying, "Your client instigated a brawl with Mr. Chris Brown" ... and added, "[Drake's] actions were reckless and negligent in inflaming a violent mob."
The letter continued, "My client personally observed several members of [Drake's] entourage throwing bottles of champagne with reckless and criminal disregard of the well-being of the innocent bystanders."
- Brace's attorney, Allan Friedman, has claimed that Drake has a "well documented history" of vulgar, abusive and profane remarks towards women -- and noted, "It is regrettable that apparently many innocent young women have been severely injured by this incident."
DRAKE'S TEAM RESPONDS
Sources close to Drake told the site that that Friendman's allegations are "laughable." They said that Drake was there with a couple of security guards and that was it. - Also, a 21-year-old model, Ingrid Gutierrez, has claimed to have suffered a blow to the head from a bottle and her lawyer said she may require plastic surgery. Another victim, Lucy Pavlovsky, said she suffered a gash to the arm that required 12 stitches and she too is said to be considering legal action against the responsible parties.
- Police have not made any arrests over the incident, but they are reviewing security tapes from the club.
