IT'S HERE! One Direction have finally revealed the track-listing to their upcoming second albume 'Take Me Home'.

The eagerly awaited record features 13 brand new songs -- including current single 'Live While We're Young' --- in the standard edition.

There will also be a deluxe A5 Yearbook version of the album featuring four bonus tracks and exclusive pictures of the 1D boys.

When 'Take Me Home' is released on Monday 12th November, One Direction will be hoping to match the success of their debut 'Up All Night' which hit number one in 17 countries around the globe including America.

In the UK 'LWWY' is currently locked in a fierce chart battle with Rihanna's 'Diamons' in the race for number one on Sunday. Currently there are just 6,000 sales between the two releases.

'Take Me Home' features a number of big name collaborations and producers including Ed Sheeran, Dr Luke (Katy Perry, Jessie J), Savan Kotecha (Britney Spears, Justin Bieber) and Rami Yacoub (Nicki Minaj, Backstreet Boys).
