Ryan Reynolds secretly tied the knot to ex-wife Scarlett Johansson back in 2008 -- and it lookslike he just did it again ... this time to Blake Lively!

According to various local reports, the 25-year-old "Gossip Girl" star and her 35-year-old "Green Lantern" costar got married Sunday night at Boone Hill Plantation in Mt. Pleasant, North Carolina.

Blake's mother was spotted in the area over the weekend ... as was famous shoe designerChristian Louboutin. Maybe he designed her wedding heels!

PEOPLE magazine also reports that Florence Welch from Florence and the Machine performed at the reception -- but, so far, there is no official confirmation from the couple's reps.

The two started dating almost a year ago. Blake was previously linked to her GG costar Penn Badgley, but this is her first marriage.
