Chris Brown and Drake have been sued once again for their infamous bottle throwing fight at an NYC nightclub back in June. According to The New York Post,Howard Clement, 30, of Brooklyn, New York has filed suit against the two superstars. It is unclear how much Clement is asking for in the lawsuit and if he is also seeking damages against the club.

NBA star Tony Parker also filed suit against Club W.i.P. Two models also sought legal action against Drake and Chris.
