Mariah Carey is considered one of the biggest divas in the business -- so it's no wonder that everyone braced themselves for what she was intending on demanding from her new job at American Idol. However, according to the New York Post Mariah had no such demands and only asked for relatively "normal" things on her rider.

A source said, "It's all standard stuff, nothing out of the ordinary. It's not like they'll need to put a new roof on the building. It's standard lists, whether it's for water, soda, veggies, snacks. It's all fairly normal."

• Mariah has reportedly asked for such "unnormal" stuff as butterfly shaped confetti and baskets full of puppies or kittens.
