Jeffrey Donovan will soon go from being burned to happily married.

We have exclusively learned that the Burn Notice star has popped the question to his longtime girlfriend, model Michelle Woods.

Donovan, who stars as "burned" spy Michael Westen on the hit USA Network show, has been seeing Woods for some time.

The two have been spotted at numerous events together, including Palm Beach polo matches, the Blacks' Annual Gala and riding in a helicopter at the USPA Piaget Gold Cup.

They have even competed together in various charity triathlon events.

Donovan and Woods are planning a summer wedding.
