New track from the R&B star addresses a re-occuring problem in relationships

 

In a time when celebrities are rallying around to help Haitians recover from the devastating earthquake that hit the small island nation a few weeks ago, R&B star Ne-Yo has turned his attention to a battle that has never gone away here in the States. Domestic violence continues to plague millions here and abroad and stories turn up almost every week on local news stations – whether they’re about celebrities or not.

In response, Ne-Yo has released a new single called “Heroes” that discusses the importance of heroes in the world – mainly in the subject of relationships. The song is a slow ballad and will evoke plenty of emotions in listeners – whether they were a victim or not.
