Owner of St. Elmo Steakhouse, Craig Hughes called in to HOT 1079 to dish about which players and celebs have been dining at the Indianapolis hotspot during Super Bowl week.
St. Elmo’s Steakhouse is the restaurant that everyone is talking about in Indianapolis. It is located in the heart of all the craziness, just 3 blocks from Lucas Oil Stadium, where the big game will take place on Sunday. Craig tells us that with more than 150,000 people descending on the city, they are trying the best they can to accommodate everybody.

For the past two weeks, Ryan has been on a serious chicken wing binge, wasting no opportunity to devour heaping servings of the football comfort food as he ramps up for the Super Bowl. Indulging his new-found passion for the finger-lickin’ meals, “On Air with Ryan Seacrest” producers tracked down what’s been hailed as the hottest chicken wing in Los Angeles and surprised Ryan with a plate Friday morning. What happened next was nothing short of amazing.
“These are ‘Atomic Wings’ and they come with a release,” Ryan explained about the Alondra Hot Wings that get delivered with a waiver ensuring the eater is aware of the immanent danger ahead. Once sinking their teeth into drumettes, Ryan and Ellen K. are barely able to string words together, gasping out, “It’s really hot. Oh my god. Are you dying? It’s so hot.”

Nana’s Nine Layer Dip
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Can 16 oz. refried beans
- 1 Cup sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. taco seaoning mix
- 1 Cup guacamole
- 1 Cup Monterey jack cheese
- 1 Cup yellow sharp cheese
- 1 Cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 Cup sweet onions
- 1/4 Cup red & green peppers
- *Black olives optional*
INSTRUCTIONS
- Layer beans, layer sour cream mixed with taco seasoning, guacamole, & cheeses. Put in refrigerator.
- Mix tomatoes, chopped onion & peppers. Add a dash of olive oil, red wine vinegar & cilantro. Put in refrigerator.
- Just before serving put the tomato mixture on top.
- Serve with LOTS of Tortilla chips!

Madonna has prepped her pom-poms and set the stage to perform “Give Me All Your Luvin’” in the Super Bowl Bridgestone Halftime Show this Sunday, with pre-game performers including country couple Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert and Kelly Clarkson!
The Material Girl recently spoke to the LA Times regarding her upcoming performance saying, ”I have 12 minutes and 40 seconds to do something extravagant and exciting in the middle of something that’s quite sacred to all of America.” She continued, “I’m more nervous about this than most things I’ve done, simply because … I’m a perfectionist.”
